Been a bit under the weather the last couple of days so its nice to start feeling a bit normal again.
Its interesting when something is wrong how much you appreciate when it feels right again.
I went back to the gym tonight and although it was hard after a week off it helped to make me feel normal again.
Time to give my body a bit more TLC i think.
Gyming, water, moisterising, eating well and relaxing after all it was only last week my doctor told me my stress levels are 25% above normal...whoops!
